Phone crashes after charging?

Good morning, I really need help urgently, I'm completely at my wits' end haha. That's why it would be great if someone could help here, because various YouTube tutorials haven't helped at all and they didn't really have anything to do with my problem. My iPhone 10 died today. I charged it straight away but it crashed after it had booted up. I've had this problem for 5 hours now. There's this red battery symbol for 5 minutes, then the Apple button is visible for 1 minute, then it boots up for 20 seconds but then crashes straight away. It's been over 20 hours now and I don't know what to do. It's badly damaged but that can't have anything to do with it because I can still use it, well, sort of, because if I go to settings to select wifi, for example, it crashes and then it dies again. I leave it plugged in the charger the whole time but is it still dead?

If anyone could help me I would be so grateful because even Apple Support is now at the point where they can help me because the connection keeps breaking.
