Pflicht mit Abblendlicht zu fahren?

Hallo,

danke

No. It is not a duty to always turn on the passing beam.

On the road, however, it is also recommended to switch on the passing beam during the day or alternatively the daytime driving light. Thus, the vehicle can be seen earlier from the traffic. In the case of grey asphalt the cars can often be seen late. In avenues, vehicles are quickly overlooked by the Wechel of Sun and Shadow.

In Germany there is no obligation to light on the day.

StVO §17 para.1 regulates when you have to turn on light:

(1) During dusk, in the dark or if the visibility conditions otherwise require, the prescribed lighting devices shall be used.

I care for everyone with or without light and who drives with the bike so that when car driving with light is overlooked it should take thoughts

This has nothing to do with it at all…I only drive 15 ps u you don’t want to tell me that you can do with it wild man… these bikers have lost nothing on the street for me…you may look at us and that is very lonely, but you are often overlooked or simply not noticed because more and more people just don’t watch and if light changed at the day you would be even more slow to look over or with

Well, if you mean… we’re always experiencing it differently

Nonsense of any vehicle that is driving with light is seen and it doesn’t matter to me personally whether the coming vehicle is a car or motorcycle I definitely have to consider it and if I see a light flashing somewhere I know there’s something coming.

There are some countries with daytime driving duty and the bikers are not overlooked.

Depends on which country.

Apart from this, it cannot hurt to increase its visibility and thus safety by the passing beam. That’s why I basically drive with light.

In Germany – Attention: In other countries this is regulated differently! – does not have to be driven with passing beam during the day in good visibility conditions.

No, not with us. Most cars have a daytime driving light.
