Foster children board and lodging?
Hello,
I have a question about my foster brother. He's been in training since August and earns around €800 net. For some time now, foster children have no longer been required to pay 75% to the youth welfare office, meaning he keeps the entire salary for himself.
Since my apprenticeship, I've been paying 30% to our parents as board. I voluntarily suggested 30%.
Our parents also wanted to charge him board, around €100, to prepare him for fixed costs. However, he complained to the youth welfare office, and they issued a clear ban, albeit without any legal basis. Are our parents legally allowed to demand it? He's the only one of five children who doesn't have to pay board.
In my opinion, it's unfair on one hand, but on the other, he's throwing around the €800 like he's a millionaire, and by the 5th of the month at the latest, he'll be broke. That's the best way to learn how life works…
Thanks for helpful answers.
I assume that your parents receive care for him from the youth office or the state. So this must be enough for your accommodation.
So you can’t compare yourself with him here.
I forgot to mention that the cost was always saved with us for driving license and car, so was not to support
then your parents are free to take away some food
This is the point, it is forbidden by the Youth Office. I would like to know what basis
Your parents are paid out by the Youth Office the cost of living and a (low) cost compensation. Thus, they cannot demand a fee from the Youth Office, as this is already fully supported by the Youth Office.
What could possibly go is that he must save a certain amount for the driver’s license as well as the first deposit and furniture.
What’s going on? The youth gets no more penny or pocket money as prescribed by the Youth Office.
No, he doesn’t have to pay.
They’ll get money for his expenses from the youth office.
Legal basis?
Why don’t you ask your parents if they receive money from the Youth Office for the Penitentiary?
Where is the legal basis for them to get the money?
Where is it, children have to give the parents the money?
He probably has more legal understanding than some “self-represented” lawyers
It is not for you, because it is not paid without reason and to nursing people. This also includes food.
You’re right, and that’s what you’re saying, You have no idea about social law.
You’re probably the biggest laie with the biggest mouthpiece.
As a lawyer… it should be easy for you
… to request information with a technical choice.
Obviously you are not able to do this.
Now to claim legal knowledge and which ones to have are – with you – quite obviously w different shoes.
Apparently, you’re not rolling. The care allowance is paid + compensation is not at debate. Not only me, but also our parents are regenerating. Since the YES has often not acted legally, I wanted to know whether this would be a case. Without a proper regulation or legal situation, they cannot forbid or pray. Bin btw learned lawyers and non-specialists only do not know me with social law and have hoped for competent answers here. The fact that there are some lay people hanging in here and they think that everything would be better if I could think of this platform, but hoped for the opposite.
Then you only lack the connection and your excitement is completely lacking in the place.
This concerns the (own) children. But this is not the nursing child and in Contrary to their own children, who basically do not contribute to livingen, financial support is already provided for the Pflegschaft.
There is no such thing as any household can decide. In the law, only the children have the duty to support the household… whether it is financial or homework is left to any family… my question is on which basis the prohibition is pronounced
That’s not what I know about everything
As nursing parents, they certainly receive a “compensation” beyond which nothing to demand.
If the youth office would have Claim for partial reimbursement from income.
The claim no longer exists for some time. It is merely a question of whether it is possible to demand money as an educational measure, if no then the legal basis is
the answer
Then let the foundation of the youth office name you.
You
If you don’t even know your words. What to expect from you. There’s a Rgenuine twister help at work.
TiPP: You should learn to read and understand.
Who says they don’t pay?? My answer was that the YES did not provide evidence for their bids and forbidden. My brother lives here since he’s been small. 14 years. The YES is still paying.
If the Youth Office no longer pays, why is it still in charge and why is it still with you?
Do not do this
