That’s not right.

This is possible, but you have to know what to do and be ready to eat the right variety of the plant including legumes etc. According to my long-term experience, this is unfortunately the least.

And without protein powder will not go in the case.

Here are 3 shows that clearly evaluate the positive from a planting point of view.

There are 3 shows on the topic .

In plant protein sources it is as a rule so that they themselves do not have all amino acids sufficient. However, different plants have different amino acids. So if you combine different vegetable protein sources, you also come to all amino acids.

Here is an example:

Nuts are a good source of proteins, but they lack amino acid lysine. In return, legumes have a lot of lysine. In return, nuts have a lot of amino acid arginine, while legumes have very little of it. The consequence is that both should be eaten in combination to cover their amino acid spectrum.

However, there are also plant protein sources that cover all amino acids. The most famous here is Tofu:

Or Shiitake-Pilze:

So arginine is not directly a protein, but an amino acid. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. And proteins are parts of our body, for example our hair or our skin consist of them. Depending on what you need for a protein, you also need other building blocks for producing this protein.

Of course, they are absorbed by the body. Just have to eat more varied to get everyone. No problems with muscle build-up only by herbal protein and I do not take any shakes or so

Easy to eat. And not only use a protein source but different. Just as it is with every diet, even with an omnivore where you are taking animal products to you. You should also not only use a protein source, but also feed different and just a variety.

Herbal proteins have a much worse bioavailability, so your body is less available or you need to eat more of them.

Consider that at the same time, you always take a huge amount of carbohydrates to you, more than your body needs. Depending on the situation, diabetes is pre-programmed at some point.

Carbs hardly cause diabetes if they are not processed high. That’s why vegans and vegetarians have less diabetes. In part, a herbal diet is even prescribed to cure type 2 diabetes.
