Horse market catalog?
Hello dear community,
A question for all riders and horse lovers out there. There are various websites where you can view profiles of horses for sale. Furthermore, horse magazines sometimes have a section with horse classifieds on the back pages.
I am looking for a non-digital version of a horse market or similar in the form of a catalog like the Loesdau catalog that you get sent to your home and that only contains progress reports.
Is there such a thing? Can you recommend something?
Thank you in advance :))

for horse markets there is not. who comes and brings what he wants to sell.
since horse markets are one of the main places for secondary use, it would not make any sense to write catalogues. To what extent do horses intended for slaughter still show great in catalogues?!
for the area of the non-savvy horses, it would make the opportunity for the seller impossible. Frequently, horse dealers simply pack up a few “standuhren” and drive. if they sell one or all horses in the evening before, they do not come or with other horses. the same is for private sellers.
pferdemarkt are a hub for b and c ware.
you go and see what’s going on.
catalogues are available at elite auctions. they can be sent home in paper. I do not know what this costs today, at DM times was the catalogue for elite auctions in verden at 25 DM.
is a rather sophisticated way of producing such catalogs.
I’m looking for such catalogues. My question was whether someone can call examples for such catalogues. Do you know what?

They are also printed for each auction. Ask for the Westfälische Pferdestammbuch e.V. I don’t know what it costs. I get the gift from a good friend who buys her horses there.
And I’m just thinking about whether it was in the “Bayerns Horses” or in the “Reiter Revue” where not only a few pages, but a kind of extra booklet with sales horses is in it… 🤔
Previously, 10-20 years ago there were many such catalogs. But they have lost more and more popularity because ehorses, ebay and Co., unlike them, can be found free and faster. You can browse the horse magazines in the kiosk of your choice, some might have ads in it. More than a handful of pages will probably not get together anymore.
You can watch horses on ehorse, which is like eBay only for horses.
There is a magazine called the horse market.
Today is horse market, can go.
