Pferdehaltung in Gewerbegebiet?
Ich könnte von einer Firma in einem Gewerbegebiet eine größere Fläche pachten, welche sie für ihre Firma eigendlich nicht benötigen. Angrenzend wäre auch eine große Wiese, welche ich schon jetzt von der Firma nutze. Auf dem neuen Grundstück (es ist ein schönes trockenes Land) möche ich einen kleinen Unterstand mit Heulager (4x6m) und einen Paddockbereich schaffen. Vielleicht später auch noch einen kleinen Bereich zum Reiten. Zur Nutzung für die Menschen steht schon ein Baucontainer drauf. Es soll nur für meine zwei Pferde sein, also nur für privat. Reicht es da die Erlaubnis der Firma zu haben oder muss man da auch alles mit Bauantrag und Genehmigung bei der Gemeinde einreichen?

I now also deliver water to the outdoor pastures with large water containers once a week. I don’t have a crap, because I don’t care about straw, in the shelter is green compost and the eagles are composted.
