I can't get the bobbin thread out of my Pfaff 1222e. When I lower the needle, the top thread just gets tangled. I don't understand what's going on. Can someone help me?

There are some possibilities:
Coil not correct in the gripper
Needle not properly used, or the wrong
Not correctly threaded
Above thread does not pick up, then the end of the thread is pulled downwards, twists in the lower thread. Keep your hand loose when you lower the needle.
Please check everything again. The voltages too. And see if pebbles have been collected under the stitch plate.
