Peugeot 508 – Replace indicator bulb?

Hey guys.

Special case: I can't find anything on the Internet about my question.

Peugeot 508, built in 2012 – how do I replace the turn signal bulb? I can't get to it anywhere. Neither through the wheel arch nor from above.

Where can I access the lamp socket?

Thank you!!

That's described in the instruction manual.

I had a last generation Citroen C5. They're identical in that respect. You have to pull off a plastic cover that's about as wide as a board and sits parallel to the bumper directly on the engine (they're clips), and then reach in from behind past the metal cross member. Then there's a round cap that you pull off. It's helpful if you have a delicate hand, because the space is tight there.
