It is important that you do not make the glasses full and then give a proper layer of oil on top. So no oxygen comes to the pesto and it lasts longer. But I don’t give sugar in the pesto because it doesn’t taste me with sugar, and no cheese because it keeps better without cheese. I add the cheese only when used, for example on the pasta or on the pizza.

However, enough space has to be left up for this. You shouldn’t make it
