Personalize/sell Eventim e-tickets?
Hello, I would like to buy a ticket for a concert from someone, but it's an e-ticket and I just wanted to check if that's even possible. I've had tickets sent to me by email or post when I bought them from Eventim, and my last purchase was the first time I've had a real e-ticket, which you can only show in the app (like the ticket I want to buy from someone else now). I can select "sell" for my other tickets anywhere (even if they're for past concerts), but I don't have that option for my e-ticket. So I'm wondering how I can sell it? The seller said she only needed my email address from my Eventim account and my name. Does anyone know anything about this?

Why do you ask here? Wouldn't it be much more logical to look for an answer on Eventim's homepage? They certainly have a FAQ section where they answer such questions – and in the imprint of the page you may also find a contact address to which you can contact if there are randomly no FAQs or the case is not negotiated there.

Hey, how did you handle it? Also have personalized e-tickets and these are now sold on fansale. Now it says I'm supposed to send them to the buyer, which isn't going digital and my name on it…
Was unfortunately came by the person and never got anything. But that was the person and not the fact that something didn't go 😑. I have never sold a ticket about fansale, but maybe you can contact the person and let her know that there is an online ticket so that she can give you the data for transferring. Or you probably send a letter if you only got the address, explain what's going on and call your phone number or something so that the person can contact you personally and you can then transfer it online.
