Period etc…?
Hey, I have a few questions. I've just used tampons for the first time; before that I only ever used pads. It took me a long time to get them in. I can only manage the mini ones from ob, but the problem is that I have to change them every two hours. It's really inconvenient at school… I can't run to the toilet every other hour. The larger sizes are therefore thicker and bigger, and I can't get them in because of the pain. 1st question: does anyone have a solution?
2. Question: Is my period TOO heavy?! I have to say that my period isn't particularly heavy on the first day, so theoretically one pad would be enough. It's usually heaviest on the second day, and sometimes there's a third day when it's very heavy. Sometimes it's already very light on the third day. Can anyone tell me whether 1.5 to 2 hours with a mini is a heavy period or normal?

You could increase your size. Try a normal tampon on the second or stronger day, maybe even on a day where you may not have appointments as on the weekend. Exercise makes the master even when it seems difficult, you will eventually have the turn out and can introduce the tampon without any pain.

No, your period is not too strong. It is only too strong if you need to change your normal bandage or the normal tampon every hour (60min) for more than 3 days. Your bleeding is completely normal and not unusual. With you, a mini tampon is enough for 2 hours so a normal tampon will last 4-5 hours, depending on how fast the blood is running out with you. This time would be quite normal.

We haven’t had mentruation sessions yet. I would have been interested. I have to go to the bathroom with super plus every 90 minutes (sometimes before… still got in the lessons. Because of that, I even got the pill prescribed by the doctor because DAS was too much.
one possibility: these minis plus bindings/inserts. Then try the next size, etc.
