Hi

Hab meine Tage und hab morgen Schule. Ich hab Bauchschmerzen und ich hab morgen Sport. Hab jemand Tipps?

Also gegen Schmerzen und wie ich Sport machen soll? Hatte noch nie meine Tage als wir Sport hatten

In any case, the right moment is decisive in pain. Don’t wait until it’s stopped. At the first zepen take a tablet immediately. Then you have the best chances that she can grab and not reach her peak. This might be enough for a tablet, where you would have gotten three, because they don’t work anymore from a certain time.

If you have to take too much painkillers too often, you’ll probably get a pill. You’re talking to your doctor.

It won’t help for tomorrow. I would then at least let myself write an apology for sports and then see that you are prepared until the next time.

that’s not a problem. sport (or even self-satisfaction) even in most cases disgust. in normal case you have less pain during and after these activities.

if you are still unsure you can take a painkiller against menstruation.

if you’re binding then just change the tie before the sport, look that you take one with wings, you better wear a bite where the tie is good, take a number larger than you normally wear (I think you’re best taking a purple always), which is right after the sport or shower and you must have trembled. there are 1000ende women who exercise with binde sport and if you doves so should never happen.

Tell your teacher that he will take care that you can’t give as much gas as usual. Or you can make an apology if you really don’t feel good. Personally, it is easier to exercise even against pain. Best regards

Depending on how bad your pain is: rest today, make yourself a warm bottle. Tomorrow the pain may be gone or better, otherwise you can also take painkillers.
