I’m helping regular sports. My period is actually shortened by regular sports and I have less pain.

But think that’s not the same for every woman. This is just what helps me personally.

Otherwise you should take the pill. Then you won’t get a period. But this is also associated with possible side effects.

Nothing.

I don’t know if regular sports help. It’s not like me. But I can only say that for me.

The rest with pills is not completely riskless. They are associated with side effects. And if the pills can solve the problem I can’t say for all women, at least not with me.

Sometimes the pill can help. But of course, the idR also has some side effects.

Otherwise there’s nothing.

Don’t go without hormones. And even with hormones it’s probably not as you wish

Otherwise, this can adapt to your body and the external circumstances and everything after a long time, but is nothing that you can control so hard consciously and quickly.

By optimally nourishing, moving and disguising for your body (stress management and co)

This is a long-term project over a few weeks and months, but not from now on

I’ve heard it’s being shortened by a lot of drinking. I don’t know if that’s true.
