Hello

The shift or absence of the period may have many reasons:

  • Stress
  • Medicine
  • Underweight or overweight
  • Much sport
  • Weight increase or decrease
  • Changes in eating behaviour
  • Changed sleep rhythm
  • Travel
  • Diseases (influenza, gastric intestine etc.)
  • gynecological diseases
  • mental changes (separation, miscarriage, death of a loved one)
  • Food or nutrient deficiency
  • menopause
  • Pregnancy / Birth
  • Dropping the pill (up to 6 months after)
  • new contraceptives
  • Pille after
  • Hormone imbalance
  • too little or too much sleep
  • etc.

It sometimes only takes a small change in everyday life so the period shifts that is quite normal. If she doesn’t come for 3 months, you should go to a gynecologist.

Yes, the psyche can also cause the failure of the period. Above all stress is usually the insidious nausea that throws the body out of its regulated lanes.

I hope I could help you 🙃

Good luck 🍀

Yes, but can also be that your period will come unexpectedly and irregularly despite stress. Everyone is different, with the one she stays the same, and with the other she comes all the more

Okay, from 3 months, it would be really good to go to the gynecologist. At least for taking blood to check your hormones. You can also take someone or write a note where everything is on it, even that you are shy and can only answer a certain amount (yes or no should be inside)

It’s possible.

If it’s been for several months, I’d go to the female doctor anyway.

Why not? You don’t have to be immediately examined at the first visit if this is what worries you, but you can only talk to the doctor first.

If that’s easier, you could go to a pediatrician or a pediatrician for the first time, with someone you know it might be easier to talk to. You should definitely talk to someone about your psyche. Parents, relatives, friends, you can also take someone to the doctor.

You have to jump over your shadow, otherwise you don’t have to.

Age doesn’t matter. As I said, it’s not bad. Most girls and women go 2 times a year.

Let yourself be treated for your psyche and go to the female doctor!
