Period weird, just spotting?

I (22) didn't have a period for a very long time due to health reasons. Last month, I had my period for four days for the first time in about eight years. Two days were heavy, and the other two were very light. Since yesterday, I've had blood and mucus, but only on the toilet paper when I wipe. I think this is my period because it would be a good timing. But nothing is coming down. Now I don't know if this is normal. Last month, I had blood in my sanitary pad and in the toilet. Is it normal that I only have blood and mucus on the toilet paper? And should my period only be blood, or does mucus come out with it? I haven't had my period in so long that I don't know what it was like back then, or what's normal…
