Hello, I would swim in the sea completely without care, even without tampon! You don’t have to and will not plan in the first few beach meters in the so-called large bathtub so that any infection should be practically excluded…smile. – Have fun, wonderful vacation and many love greetings, Imke =)

Hello

Without a hygiene product that catches the blood from the inside (so that it must be introduced) you should not go into public waters.

Not only could it be embarrassing for you if someone really notices it but also because you are more susceptible to infects in the genital area during the period. In a lake, sea or swimming pool, there’s a lot around. In your womb is just a wound (from which the bleeding also leaves) and if something comes from this water or from the bacteria these could trigger an inflammation, an infect, a fungus or a parasite attack.

Therefore, during the period one should not go to a lake or to the swimming pool without a protective barrier (for example by a tampon or a menstruation cup, which will be brought out after swimming and thus bring a large part of the bacteria and parasites out).

The “water pressure stops the bleeding” is also a superstition. As soon as you begin to swim, move and unintentionally tension the muscles in the pelvic floor and the vagina, the blood is pressed out or smashed by the water and the muscles. In the water you can see a trace of blood coming after you through the clear water.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I hope I could help you 🙃

Good luck 🍀

You could have been in the sea without tablets. Tampons make sure the blood doesn’t get out. Nech the bath changes the tampon.

I think you should worry about the pills. Something like that is not fun and taking such pills for a holiday is really stupid.

Do you think the doctors always want the best for you? Many are just about money and the patient doesn’t care.

:-Everything good! You can throw what you want;-) And I don’t know why you should get an infection.

You will also notice the side effects later. (Hormones and so) I think you can just walk into the water, if you have such low bleeding.

Yeah, I don’t know, I can’t understand you, but tablets are never good.
