Periode durch zu kurze Pillenpause?
Hey, ich hab ein Problem. Mir wurde gesagt das ich meine Pillenpause auch auf 3 Tage verkürzen kann und das habe ich getan, da ich meine Pille umstellen wollte um im Urlaub nicht meine Tage zu bekommen. Allerdings hat meine Periode heute angefangen… Ist das jetzt sehr schlecht für meinen Körper? Denn ich dachte da passiert nix… Könnte mir jemand sagen was jetzt die beste Lösung ist? Pille weiter nehmen oder jetzt lassen. Denn 3 Pillen habe ich seitdem auch schon wieder genommen…

Your bleeding was triggered by the three-day hormonal withdrawal and will soon be stopped again. A pill break between 1 – 7 days is usually okay and harmless for your body. You can take your pill (such as me) without any break, that’s all no problem.
Prevention protection exists with you bomb-proof, just take the current blister until the end.
Yes, then take the pills now completely normal, as prescribed, until the next pill break.
