The age significantly affects the cycle of a woman. Cycle fluctuations are normal in the first years after the period has been introduced.

The first two or three years after the Menarche can be very irregular for the period bleeding and sometimes for several months. It usually takes a while until the complicated cycle of the hormones has been properly recorded and a more or less regular menstrual cycle takes place.

In addition, no cycle is chiseled in stone and even with an adult woman is usually only little “regular”.

The period can also be postponed or even completely eliminated by psychological or physical strains such as stress, travel, performance, upcoming important decisions or family events.

What happens by such stressors on a hormonal level is not yet fully enlightened. However, one assumes that such situations can trigger malfunctions in the nervous system that affect the regulation of the hormones.

If, after this time, 3 menstrual periods are absent or you have less than 9 periods a year, you should let that be explained by the female doctor.

Happy for you!

Hey, at that age, it’s quite normal that your period doesn’t come regularly. Don’t worry.
this can also happen with higher age, for example by stress, conversion of diet, medicines etc.

At the age it is absolutely normal when your period comes late. As long as you can exclude pregnancy, of course. It can also be good that you have no period for a month and only after 8 weeks. Was your cycle regular before? How many days?

You’re 13, it’s normal that the period will be delayed or completely gone. In the first few years it is totally natural that it is somewhat irregular, don’t worry about it.

Hello

This is normal in the first years and you don’t need to worry, because your body has to get used to the new situation. It will take some time to get your days halfway regularly. It can take months to get your next rule. By stress, shiftwork, holiday trips etc., the cycle can also get out of the clock again and again later.
