Period 8 days late?

I was supposed to get my period 8 days ago. I keep getting abdominal cramps every now and then, and I feel nauseous from time to time, but I think the nausea is due to my own stress. I've also had pain and a hardening, like a lump, in my right breast for over a week. Anyway, I did a test earlier, and it was negative. I took the PD 4 weeks ago; when I took it, it was the second-to-last day of my period. And about 4 days after taking the PD, I had spotting for about 5 days, but it actually looked like a normal period, although there was definitely much less blood than during my usual period. I also started smoking for the first time 2 weeks ago, but only 3 cigarettes in those 2 weeks. Maybe that's why my period was delayed? I'm at my wits' end; can someone please help me (I've been trying to call my gynecologist for over a week, but they're not answering, so I called somewhere else).

Hello, probably you, like so many others here, at the time completely resorted to emergency prevention (“Pille afterwards”) and now have the salad in the form of a completely shot cycle. I always warn against a rushed application of the ellaOne, which is not a harmless sweet. If not really heard, which is why I hardly say anything about it. o_0

Smoking is a laugh. I myself (30) have been preventing since my 14th. Year of life by pill and smoke about a box of cigarettes daily. I’ve never had any problems before.

Tasterli: Your cycle will recover soon and everything will normalize. If you are obstructed with the usual pill, after 7 days of correct intake, you are also safe from an unwanted conception.

Occasionary breast and abdominal complaints I consider to be unobjectionable, but we certainly have all of them occasionally. It has nothing to do with pregnancy… smile. If your gyn looks over once a year, that’s enough. Currently, Ibuprofen and Buscopan can help you temporarily outpatiently at any time. – Best regards, good improvement and a very relaxed weekend, Imke =)

The pill then shifts not only the ovulation by about a week, but also the period. As the test is negative, you can assume that the pill worked after it and you will get your period later.
