Quark with fruits of the season, overnight oats, whole grain or whole grain noodles with a tomato sauce (optionally also with seasonal vegetables), beans – or lentil stew, grain bread with herbal cucumber or fresh cheese and optionally sprinkled carrots, radishes, spring onions, etc.

These would be such a couple of candidates who are quite uncomplicated and made with little effort, are quite healthy, well fed and don’t cost much (Fleisch I clipped out now because you said it should be cheap)

Soljankaglasses are available in any Edeka or maybe also a country of sale.
It’s pretty rich, but it’s pretty dehydrated.

Otherwise, you can use nuts, dairy products (and meat) well to get tired.

Oh, and one of the best sattmakers is the potato! 😀
