Penis devitalization and circumcision?
I have a problem and a lot of bad luck. I'm 15 and I'm having surgery this coming fall break. They discovered that I have a short frenulum, phimosis, and penile devitalization (a hardening of the penis that causes it to bend and the curved side to become shorter). This means that when erect, my penis is bent downward at an 80-degree angle from the middle due to the devitalization, and the foreskin cannot be pushed over the glans due to the phimosis. When flaccid, the foreskin goes back, but then the glans bends downward because the frenulum is too short.
I'm having surgery this fall to straighten my penile deviated shape using the Nespit procedure. Wedges of skin are removed from the top of the penis, which makes the downward curve disappear. The long side (in my case, the top) is shortened to match the length of the short, curved side. This means I'll lose up to 3 (4) centimeters in penis length, depending on the degree of curvature (in my case, it's quite severe). It's a shame, but better than my current situation. Luckily, I have an 18cm penis, which means I'll probably keep about 15cm. But it's necessary and can't be avoided. After the wedges are removed, it will be stitched up; in my case, the stitches would be on top of the penis, but that should heal pretty well. Then the penis will be straight and a couple of centimeters shorter.
Next, the frenulum will be removed and I will be circumcised either high and tight or low and tight. There's no getting around that and I've already come to terms with it. The healing process etc. has already been discussed. With high and tight, I then have a strip of light inner foreskin behind the glans. As far as I know, this preserves sensation better because that is the sensitive skin. I have light skin, but my penis is quite brown, so it would be very noticeable. With low and high, the outer foreskin is left in place, which would be nicer, but then I would be less sensitive.
Now my questions:
Should I get low or high circumcision?
What about masturbation? I've never masturbated the traditional way because it's not possible for me. How does it work with a circumcision? What's worse or better depending on which medical condition?
What do you think about my situation? I got the full load!
Do the scars heal so that they are not visible?
What do I need to consider after the operation?
How is it cut in the pants?

You can’t make that decision on other things. You have to live with it. You’ve already researched the advantages and disadvantages. I personally can say that low & tight is not as wild as you would think at first, but everyone feels different.
I only know the comparison uncut vs. very low & tight. It’s harder than uncircumcised and you need more time, but it still works. And better/bad is always relative. In your case, everything is better than the current situation. In addition, the mental component also has a lot of influence on how you feel at the end. Pain/stress,etc. are absolute offturners. If you find hight&tight ugly, it can also be a spinner. So whether you feel comfortable in your body plays a role.
It’s like that. You’re trying to make the best of it, it doesn’t matter to you (just bad mood) to get in there now that you’ve got the full load.
Every body is different, so it’s hard to predict. As for the susceptibility of the scar, you are more likely to be on the safe side with low&tight. With the risk that it could be at the expense of feeling.
Of course, it’s the first weeks unpopulated and you’ll notice the acorn more consciously, but after a time (two weeks to a few months) it will feel quite normal or. you will no longer perceive it consciously.

Is best and cleanest
Many ssgen without pre-skin it is much better with feelings and are totally satisfied, yes and with pre-skin they never want it again and from care it is gsnz without anyway better.
Whether you want great optics or feel more and want to be cleaner and more well maintained without skin is your thing.

I'm low and tight because I like it better.
After circumcision, I was surprised how free it feels. There are also almost no scars.

Purely visually, the low&tight is the better choice for me. The seam does not have to lie directly on the acorn, but can also be 1cm away. That’s about me. I’m dripping a lot with SB and sex.
Cutting takes place in the head, however. If one imagines that everything will get worse, one will feel it so if one is positively open to the new situation. you will be satisfied with 90%.
SB usually works just as well. vll. you need to use some lubricant, but goes without.
After surgery, take care of the doctor’s instructions. In case of post-bleeding or other pain or complaints do not ask here, but go to the doctor.
