I was exfoliating my face and a scrub grain got into my eye. I've tried rinsing it out with water, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas what else I could do?

I used a QTip to wipe it out carefully, the eye turned accordingly and Lid stopped.
Otherwise opening the eye under water, goes in the sink.
