Peaq TV wifi problem?

Hi everyone, I have a problem. I have a fairly new peaq Smart TV and for the first few months everything worked great, but yesterday I got Netflix for a month (the Netflix app was already pre-installed). Now Netflix is working great, but with YouTube, Prime Video and Twitch it always tells me that no connection can be established at the moment, which always worked fine before. In the WiFi settings, the connection under the network is restricted. I have also ignored the network several times, set up the password again and turned off the TV, but unfortunately nothing helps. Please help me!!!

Electric shock from router?

Can you get an electric shock from a router? We have a FRITZ!Box, and it's not exactly new anymore. But it still works perfectly. We just sometimes have to unplug the power cable to restart it, because it sometimes switches on. Can you get an electric shock from it?

Hi, I'm currently in a hotel with a lot of people. What happens when I go to Network Storage on my phone, under My Files, and then click on Network Drive/SMBv2/SMBv3? It found a laptop for me (it belongs to me), and that's all under Add Network Storage.

Hello. We use internet via LAN and a switch with eight ports. The speed tests are between 0.4 and 88 Mbps on Magenta L. What could be the sources of interference? Since the internet works in another room and the switch has already been used in the other room, we can rule out the router…

I'm on the way Mobile phone says network but still can't use WLAN If it is connected but has no internet, it shows it to me but not with this hotspot

one of the most common problems of noname tv’s. kind of seems to be samsung, sony and apple. the antennas are inferior. The software or the smart tv system as well. the most sensible would be here for the first time a return / warranty case.
