PC won't start?

Hello,

I upgraded my PC. I have a new motherboard, CPU, RAM, and CPU cooler. (I switched from Intel to AMD). They put it together for me at the store. I then installed the graphics card and WLAN card myself. Now when I start the PC, the fans spin up really quickly for a second after startup. Then they continue to spin normally. The loading screen comes up but then ends in a blue screen. I was told by the BIOS and other things that the CPU is fine too. I've taken a photo of it for you. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
