PC won't boot (no picture) because of broken RAM?

Hello, I bought an HP Elite Desk with an i5 4570, swapped the power supply for a Bequit 550w and installed a GTX 1070.

No picture though.

Yesterday, I removed a 4-pin DDR3 RAM stick, and the PC started working again. It also worked when I turned it off and on again. Then I installed the suspected RAM stick somewhere else to see if it was just the slot that was broken.

Didn't work. Now I've removed it again and there's no picture again.

And I don't think I could have broken it by doing anything. Besides, I also grounded myself to the radiator and reset the BIOS.

I can't get into the BIOS with a picture either because the HP mainboard doesn't have a BIOS, or at least doesn't have an accessible one.

I'll send a mini video to the left where I'll show it again because it starts up really strangely after I turn off the power supply.

So it's giving me some kind of error message about the motherboard light, and it only works after I unplug and replug the 6-pin power connector from the motherboard. (I'm using a 20-pin to HP motherboard adapter because this HP motherboard series needed a special treatment.)

Then it works.

The built-in RAM stick was the one that worked yesterday.

Here is the video and sorry for the bad quality, this is an 8 year old phone.

Of course, handling can destroy anything. A defective RAM stick can destroy a slot, and a defective slot can destroy the stick.
