PC water cooler AND cooler?

First of all, I want to say that I am a layman in this area and therefore my questions might seem a bit lost.
I own a new gaming PC and have installed 7 coolers in it, so the PC is loud, really quite loud.
I've now googled it and seen that you can reduce the noise level by adjusting the fan to the CPU temperature, or by adding delays, etc. But as I mentioned, I'm a layman and don't know anything about it. I just want the PC to be quieter.
So my question is, if I were to install additional water cooling in conjunction with the 7 coolers, would it be possible to make the PC quieter?
Or do I have to adjust the normal air coolers in the system so that they only work minimally and the water cooling basically provides the cooling?

Darf ich mal fragen wofür du 7 Lüfter brauchst? 7 Stück? Ist der Rechner für die Nasa oder was? Es empfiehlt sich generell 2 Lüfter für den Intake und einen leistungsstarken Lüfter für den Outtake zu konfigurieren. Bei mehr Lüftern ist die Kühlleistungsverbesserung minimal und kann vernachlässigt werden, außerdem frisst er so nicht so viel Strom. Aber mal so als Frage, wie sind denn die Specs von deinem Rechner, vor allem Grafikkarte und Prozessor.
Mehr Lüfter sind immer besser.
Nur minimalst. Der Temperaturunterschied ist maximal +-1°C
Warum nicht 😀 So lassen sich alle etwas langsamer drehen. Ich habe aktuell 6 verbaut und kann alle bequem bei max. 650rpm drehen lassen.
Ja, aber doch nicht 7 Stück. Als Faustregel sind 3 Lüfter, zwei Einlasslüfter in der Front und ein großer Ablasslüfter hinten ausreichend, 5, zwei oben, zwei vorne und einer Hinten sind ideal, 7 sind overkill.
Würde ich nicht sagen, gerade bei Leistungsstarken System sollte man mehr haben.
Vor allem kann man bei mehreren Lüftern aber die Lüftergeschwindigkeit deutlich reduzieren.
