Hello,

If you’re using an HDD, it’s gonna be a good thing. Even the processor may have to work hard, then the cooler turns up.

All coolers thoroughly clean & replace hard drive with SSD

Yes if he only need Downloaded the net much power and if they don’t get enough cooling clocks they stop down

Why would the CPU age it?

The voltage is reduced, which is more beneficial to the CPU

also this downtime does not help against accelerated aging of the CPU
