PC Umbau, Powerbutton blinkt, kein Bild?

System:

Mainboard H510M-K

CPU i5-10600KF

Grafikkarte RTX 3060 12GB

32GB RAM 3200MHZ

This is again a superfluous component composition. An Intel-K CPU with overclocking function and PCIe 3.0, on a low-class motherboard and a PCIe 4.0 graphics card.

And the CPU has nothing from the 3200MHz RAM :

10th Gen Intel® CoreTM i7/i9 processors support 2933/2800/2666/2400/2133 natively, others will run at the maximum transfer rate of DDR4 2666MHz.

Instead of asking if the things fit together.

With the Power-Button can be because you accidentally connected the HDD Led there.

If your new parts are functional, the fault must be in cabling.

Unfortunately, your processor does not have an integrated graphics unit to find out what’s going on. It is also a pity that your motherboard has no status LEDs.

That’s how I guess.

Check if the CPU is also correct in the base.

Look again after the CPU power supply.

I had something like that with a colleague. This is using the wrong plug, and this has not been right in either.

The same thing with your graphics card, so the right one is locked in the slot. Did you also take the right plug for the graphics card?

If all this is done correctly, MUSS will get at least one error message from the BIOS.

Must tell you something about the motherboard. The Asus Prime H510M-k is quite the easiest board to get. Very well possible, you can’t fully use your new CPU.

Hope you’ll get a box to run

simplest mistake: Is the monitor plugged on the graphics card?
The Power LED, I guess that was interchanged with the connection of the HDD Led and therefore flashes.

Mouse/keyboard get electricity?

I’m not a fan of config, but you can at least try to help.

I assume the Powerbutton didn’t do it before.

Vllt does not power your power supply enough because the new components consume much more power.

Vllt is also the monitor in the wrong slot.

No plan otherwise calibrated️

Or something is not properly connected or not fully compatible.

With the BIOS alone, you should theoretically get a picture when motherboard and monitor are connected and get enough power.

Then you could exclude what.
