Hello, I would like to mirror the screen from my PC to the TV.
Both devices are connected to the same network via LAN cable.
I've already tried it via Miracast/SmartShare, but it didn't work well that way; the video and sound were choppy (unusable for videos).
I think it should be possible somehow, but I don't know how.

There are some ancient smart TVs that still have Netflix. There used to be a PS2 Netflix disc, would that still work?

Hi, my Wi-Fi repeater has been blocked. Just to get this out of the way. We have a Fritz!Box. Without the Wi-Fi repeater, I no longer have internet access. A whitelist is active on the Fritz!Box. How can I get internet access again?
I can only talk about the tick, example “Steam Link”. This allows you to run your games from the PC, but stream on the TV in another room and from there also play with controllers. I can imagine, however, that this is also possible for other purposes.
Maybe there are good instructions on YouTube.
Personally, I did not care about it because I either see long cables or just have more terminals (but all for my purposes are suitable for bulging).
If you have a free network box in both rooms: there are adapters from HDMI to RJ45.
The video signal can thus also be transmitted via the network cable. Of course, only a direct transmission, no feed in the router or the like works.

There are different providers that offer devices for such purposes.
Even Microsoft has such a device on offer.
The device receives the data via WLAN and transmits it to the TV via HDMI cable.
Then Appel has such a device for Appel devices and also other manufacturers offer it.
But some go to the 1000 Euro area and are too expensive.
With the MS device I have made good experiences. One of my customers has always connected 3 different to a beamer to cover everything for meetings.

what’s very good with me is chromcast. I’ve already tried steamlink, but that’s okay.
We use Funk-HDMI transmitters here in the university. It works really great.
