PC plays a USB output sound in a continuous loop when the keyboard is plugged in?
It doesn't boot into Windows either. It does so immediately when I unplug the keyboard. It's an €8 Battletron keyboard from Action, by the way.

Then you know what to do: Buy one for 30 euros and throw away the cheap junk.
I had another one for €5. It always worked very well. Unfortunately, I can't find it anymore. But I've already ordered a new one from Razer.
