PC no longer works properly?

Hello, I just reset my PC because after installing my new motherboard, I could no longer watch my TV series while playing a game. Now things are even worse. YouTube videos won't load, and at some point it says, "If playback doesn't start shortly, we recommend restarting the device." I have the feeling that my PC hasn't improved since the upgrade, but has actually gotten significantly worse. Can anyone tell me the reasons for this and any solutions?

My components:

GPU: AMD RX 6700 XT

CPU: Intel i5 13400f

RAM: 32GB 3600MHz

Previous motherboard: ASRock B660M Pro RS

Motherboard now: Gigabyte B760 Gaming X DDR 4

So it sounds like the processor is causing problems

Why exactly? It's actually cooled properly by water cooling, but before installing it, I looked at where you put the CPU and there was a bent pin or two. I thought it wasn't a big deal because it worked in the end. Could that be the cause?
