PC reset after update?

Hello,

On Sunday I did an update on my PC via updating and shutting down, which I had been putting off for a while.

Yesterday I wanted to use my PC and it kept saying "User Profile Service Login Failed". Since I didn't have time yesterday, I wanted to take care of it today, but now my PC is more or less reset.

Everything looked like it was back to factory settings, and the programs were no longer there. And my virus protection was also disabled.

After restarting, everything was back to normal, and my antivirus software didn't show anything unusual. Should I still be concerned?

Da würde ich mir erhebliche Sorgen machen.

Beginnen wir damit: Was für ein Betriebssysteme in welcher Version hast Du genau und was ist der “Virenschutz”.
