PC help?

Hi, I was in the BIOS to deactivate secure boot for a program. I know you're not supposed to go into the BIOS and change things around, but it seemed easy enough to me. Well, it actually worked until I pressed save and reset. Now I'm stuck in a menu like this every time I start my PC. I can get into the PC using boot and start up Windows, so I can use everything normally, but it has to stop. I've done a bit of research on it and found out that it's a pre-installed service from Medion that resets the PC to factory settings. I'm wondering if you have any idea how or what and when I should do something. 😂 I know I'm completely clueless and helpless in this situation. I hope you can help me. I'll put a picture below, of course, thanks for future helpful answers. Best, kaesekuchen1359

What exactly do you mean by saving and resetting?

Does that mean you have reset all BIOS/UEFI settings to factory settings?

Then the boot order has probably changed and the recovery partition is now started by default.

Go back to the Bios menu, where you have previously disabled SecureBoot and find the settings for the boot order and customize it to start your Windows first.

It’s also in the description you got when buying. But you can also look here:

If you reinstall Windows and when the menu item is set up and you delete the existing hard drives and partitions, nothing should be on the PC.

you shouldn’t do anything. With the tool what comes, you can reset the system to the delivery state, including pre-installed drivers etc. In doubt, the support will point out if you want to claim a guarantee.

And reinstalling Windows is also unnecessary, just go to the bios and change the boot order should be enough.

Then only the Windows secured on the laptop will be reinstalled with all the programs that the manufacturer has packed with.

Do it as I described it or not.

Hi, if anything else works, you can easily check by starting a live Linux environment from bootU32. If the boot process is routed to a help console as described in the picture, you have blocked boot files. In almost every Linux is the bootfix call (only as root!) With repair boat relatively intuitive.

If the boot is normal and linux starts right, you write the boot anomaly more accurately.

Just uninstall the program that annoys you…

Power Recover doesn’t need a person or do you need it daily?

Get an Ordinary MB of brand manufacturers like Asus Gigabyte Asrock etc with reasonable BIOS. No Aldi/Medianarkt Medion where the motherboard is probably still green

na iwas seems to be of Medion, medion is a cheap provider that provides few features, rather what for beginners
