PC hängt sich für 30-60 Sekunden auf nach schließen von Videospielen etc.?

Ich habe einen sehr guten PC
windows 10 pro
-i7 12700k
-3080 ti 12gb
64gb ram
hab 4 SSDs (alle haben noch mindestens über 250gb freien Speicher)
Jo Moin zusammen.
Mein PC hängt sich nach schließen von Videospielen für 30-60 Sekunden auf.
Ich kann nichts drücken, kann nicht den Treiber neu starten. Gar nichts.
Keine Ahnung was ich das machen soll.
Das Problem habe ich auch erst seit so paar Tagen. Habe mir gedacht es liegt vll am Treiber oder so. Habe auch schon einen älteren installiert wieder, aber ändern tut es nichts.
Windows Update auch alles neuster Stand.
Virus kann auch nicht sein, weil ich bei sowas immer sehr sehr vorsichtig bin und auch noch 2 mal eine vollständige Überprüfung meines PCs gemacht habe. Mein PC hat auch keine Temparatur Probleme oder sonstiges.
meine Frage: Hat das jemand vll auch? Und kennt vll jemand von euch eine mögliche Lösung das zu beheben. Weil ist halt schon nervig ja.

Check in the task manager to see if what is loaded
Nothing. If nothing’s going on, it’s all so 5%. Be it CPU or GPU. Memory sometimes 10-15% due to discord, wallpaper engine etc.
Hmm actually, if your PC hangs up, you would see in the task manager at the graphs what the reason for this is based on the utilisation. If not, PC might help reset. Could also be on the hard drive on which Windows is installed. Put down a tool where you can check the hard drives if there’s something that’s striking. Samsung even has its own if you have a Samsung hard drive
