PC good enough?

I want to build a PC and wanted to know if the components I have chosen are good enough to play high graphics games with a lot of fps.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 8C/16T, 3.40-4.50GHz

GPU: GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER Windforce OC 12G, 12GB GDDR6X

RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 black DIMM Kit 32GB, DDR5-6000

Motherboard: MSI B550

CPU cooling: Arctic Liquid Freezer III

SSD: WD_BLACK SN850X NVMe SSD 1TB

Power supply: be quiet! Pure Power 12 M 650W

I was also told that the power supply was not sufficient. Unfortunately, I don't know much about it. I hope you can help me and tell me what I could improve or change. The PC costs around €1700.
