Yesterday, I moved my PC into my new home, plugged it in, and noticed that after starting it up, it was very loud and then simply shut off after about 5-10 minutes. My question is, what could be causing this, and is there a quick way to fix it or check it?

Are these values normal? It's a laptop with an i7 12700h and an RTX 3060. As you can see, I don't have any programs open. It uses 4.7GB of RAM, and I can't figure out where that's coming from.

Maybe something has loosened or blocked inside. A cable connection or a plug-in card. open the computer and see if all connections are fixed and if the fans are all rotating. And whether all cable strands or other loose parts do not block or hinder anything.
Sounds like wobble contact or loose cable.
Check all cables, especially electricity.
