I just finished building my PC, but I can't get any screen. The instructions say I need to use a CD. Is that true?

My laptop hasn't turned on since yesterday! But when I charge it, this little charging light comes on. I stupidly had it on my lap yesterday, picked it up for a moment, and suddenly it turned off. die CD ist in dieser Phase das Unwichtigste.
Auch ohne Betriebssystem (das könnte auf der CD oder DVD sein) muss sich das BIOS melden und einige Zeilen Text anzeigen.
Wichtig ist, dass eine Grafikkarte oder eine in die CPU integrierte Grafikeinheit vorhanden ist.
Von dem Stecker HDMI oder DVI oder Display-Port muss ein Kabel zum Monitor gesteckt sein.
Dreht sich der Lüfter im Netzteil?
Dreht sich der Lüfter für die CPU?
Gibt es beim Einschalten Piep-Töne?
