Oh, I forgot. So, this whole thing started after there was an update for the AMD software. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the hardware, since it's a pre-built PC. I don't know if it matters, but the PC is from Systemtreff. I haven't replaced the hardware (I wouldn't even know how to do that). I'll take a picture the next time it crashes. Der Treiber verursacht einen Fehler. Aber womit keine Ahnung. Hier kann man Abhilfe schaffen, in dem man entweder versucht Windows Treiber zu aktualisieren (sofern es ein Update gibt) oder quasi auf den alten Grafiktreiber zu downgraden.
Ja, genau das stand da, weißt du was man da machen könnte? Nach der Rechnung muss ich noch mal suchen. Vielen Dank
Das ist keine geeignete Fehlerbeschreibung. Mach ein Foto, damit man sieht, was da steht oder schreibe den Text der Fehlermeldung ab und ergänze deine Frage damit.
Stürzt ganz Windows ab oder nur ein Programm? Kannst du nichts mehr machen und muss dein PC ausschalten oder neustarten?
Welche Windows Version? Was hast du gemacht, bevor die Probleme aufgetreten sind – Programme installiert, Treiber installiert, Updates installiert?
