Hey, my laptop has been acting up for the past two days. Everything has a purple tint, and it looks like a lot of it is burned in, even though it isn't. I had this before, but it went away. What can I do?

This is the motherboard. All coils have power, only the RAM and CPU coils do not receive power. Do you have any good ideas for troubleshooting? There does not appear to be a short circuit.
