PC boots in 2.5 minutes?

I don't know why but my PC takes about 2.5 minutes to boot even though I have an NVME SSD in it.

Specifications:

Ryzen 7 7800x3D

Palit Gamerock RTX 4080

4 × Corsair DDR5 RAM 16gb 6000MHz

850 Watt Be quiet power supply

Asus B650E-F Gaming Wifi motherboard

What do I need to do to get it to boot normally again? I don't even remember how long this has been happening. I've already reinstalled Windows, reset the BIOS, and changed some settings in Windows. But I don't think it's Windows, but something else.

By the way, when I boot the screen stays black for 1 minute and then the Asus logo appears for about 1.5 minutes.
