“CPU Fan Speed error” sounds like a problem of processor fans that seemingly no longer works properly and the BIOS therefore must not let you in for booting before otherwise processor (by poorly functioning fans) then suffer from higher temperature. Maybe too much dust has accumulated so that the fan has slowed down. Because the “Speed Error” says everything. I’d look at the condition of processor fans.
