PC-Aufrüstung Grafikkarte/CPU?

Hey Leute!

Specs:

ASUS ROG STRIX GAMING B250F

NVIDIA GTX 1060 TI 6GB

48 GB RAM (16 + 16 + 8 + 8)

INTEL I6700K

MODU 82+ 525W

2 SSDS (je 1 TB)

1 HHD (2 TB)

1 BLUETOOTH/WIFI PCI ADAPTER

1 144Hz 1080p Monitor

1 60Hz 1080p Monitor

Hello,

whether my CPU will slow me down.

The processor will brake both graphics cards

whether I want to add the RX 7700 XT (because I’m a Linux gamer) or the RTX 4070

Nvidia still doesn’t perform perfectly under Linux. That’s why I prefer the AMD. In the price range, the RX 7800XT is more attractive due to the 16 GB VRAM. Alternatively, you can save even more by selecting the RX 6750XT or Arc B580.

Or should I wait for a new GPU/CPU generation?

Depending on the budget: go to an AM5 system. Then choose one of the new AMD cards that will appear in January

buy a rx 6600 (possibly used) and then the rest

if it is to be favorable, nen ryzen 5 5600x,

otherwise anything with am5 platform

never buy Intel at cpus

the gpus of which are good

I’m not sure my CPU will slow me down.

For the graphics card mentioned in any case.

The i7 even comes to its limits with the 1060 Ti.

I just wanted to ask if I should update CPU + GPU + power supply or even the motherboard?

In the event of an upgrade, nothing else remains to you.

Where the power supply might even be enough, depending on the upgrade.

Or should I wait for a new GPU/CPU generation?

You have to know.

The question is, what do you expect from it?

No edit or RAM: your combination is not really recommended.
