Paypal transfer?
As you can see in the first picture, I placed an order via PayPal and, as you can see, selected the top option. Then I received an automated email from the manufacturer I ordered from, which you can see in the second picture. It stated that if I selected "bank transfer" as my payment method, I should transfer the amount to the following bank. Do I need to transfer this to the bank separately, or will PayPal automatically debit it? (Note my payment dates in the first picture.)

These are 2 different things… you paid by Paypal (bank account).
And the other is a standard mail from the seller… note the word "desire test…" in it.
So, do more than wait for the goods.
You didn't give bank transfer as a means of payment, but Paypal, so now you need to do nothing more.
