PayPal-Sparka debit problem?
Hey,
I have a problem. I received valid, legal payments from PayPal, which I debited to my Sparkasse VISA debit account via Sofortüberweisung. The PayPal payouts consisted of a one-time €205 credit balance, which is immediately visible in the Sparkasse app under "Pending Transactions" as a positive balance. I had the balance paid out on August 4th, and since then I haven't seen any money, let alone where it went. It's not visible as a credit balance in the Sparkasse app, nor is it visible under "Pending Transactions." (PayPal credit was transferred to my bank account via Visa Debit from July 22nd to August 12th.)
Can someone explain/tell me why this is happening? How do I get my money back?

You have to contact the PayPal support and get an investigation there.
All regulated, the debits of PayPal lasted longer than 7 days. And then they are no longer displayed in the sales ad. But the money has arrived today. Thanks anyway.
I don’t understand your problem.
The 205 euros were recorded, so not yet really present and you have already lifted the sum.
