Hi, I wanted to balance my PayPal account and deposited money at the beginning of the month as indicated on the website. It was transferred back, and I transferred it again on the 14th, and today it came back. PayPal customer service isn't helping me at all; they just keep sending copied, standard replies. I'm doing everything correctly—correct IBAN, name, etc.—what can I do now?
