Paypal: Recipient cannot receive money?
I occasionally sell old clothes and other things online. Since the last time, and now the last time, buyers haven't been able to send money. They always get the message: "Recipient cannot receive money."
(Requesting money works, but it gets annoying at some point)
Is there any way to fix this? According to Google, it has something to do with the limit(?), but it seems to be outdated and can no longer be changed.
(But I sell something maybe once a month in the range of €5-€20. So it can't be the limit.)

Have you already turned to PayPal’s customer service? If your PayPal account does not go, the reason for this can only be answered by PayPal customer service.
Alternatively, take the IBAN from you. Many banks now offer real-time transfers.
