Paypal Konto löschen?
Hallo,
da ich so blöd war und mir als Minderjähriger ein Paypal Account erstellt habe, bei dem ich natürlich ein anderes Geburtsdatum angeben habe, möchte ich jetzt (als volljähriger) mein Konto einfach schließen und wieder ein neues erstellen.
so wie ich das verstanden habe geht das auch eigentlich ohne Probleme.
Nun zu meinem Problem: Wenn ich auf „Konto schließen“ klicke wird mir danach gesagt, dass es noch eine offene Transaktion gäbe und ich mich bitte an den Support wenden soll.
1. weiß ich nicht, was das für eine offene Transaktion sein soll. Die letzte Transaktion war am 31.5 und steht als abgeschlossen in meinen Aktivitäten. Ich habe gestern noch zwei Einzigsverfahren beendet. Glaubt ihr, dass es eventuell daran liegt, dass ich eine Zeit abwarten muss bis das beenden von dem Einzugsverfahren bestätigt wurde?
2. Ich würde auch beim Support anrufen, aber dann würde Paypal ja sofort merken, dass ich beim erstellen minderjährig war und mich wahrscheinlich sperren.
Wisst ihr besser Bescheid? Oder habt ihr eine Ahnung was jetzt klug wäre?
