PayPal account cannot be closed, what to do?
I opened my account contrary to the terms and conditions (I was under age and all). I was advised to close the account and reopen it when I was of legal age. But now, when I click on "Close Account," I get the following message:
"There is a problem that needs to be resolved. Please contact our customer service so we can assist you."
Customer service will probably at least verify my identity, though. I've had notifications about this for years, but it was never forced on me.
What should I do now? The most I can do is delete/change data. If I contact support, I'll definitely get banned, so there's no point in even trying.
You’re not coming out. No loophole.
So just leave account? Change data and open new ones?
Presumably, because of Device IDs and Co, it won’t even work if you have completely different names, address and bank account. Paypal has a pretty first-class recognition method of the same person
Yes, change data.
Best first name, last name, place of residence and bank account.
It’s clear you don’t get out so easy.
Finally, the unlawful application with fake date of birth => data falsification + identity fraud => was a criminal offence pursuant to §269 StGB.
You can’t do anything now.
