Your parents may, of course, create a Paypal account on their behalf and connect it to their bank account.

If they let you go freely, they also bear responsibility for everything.

The correct answer is:

1. You are a minor and have lost nothing at PayPal and by the way on most OnlineShops

Two. Your parents are not allowed to leave their PayPal account at all, because the transfer to third parties is not permitted and thus a violation of PayPal terms.

But you should order things for you on your own name, that’s clear.

In practice, however, it seems that this is usually not noticed, but it does not get right, if there are problems somewhere, then the ones come out of several directions, and then in the simplest case you and also the parents are excluded from PayPal forever. You should be aware of that.

No. PayPal is exclusively from 18.

No.

  1. The use of Paypal is basically only from 18J allowed – without exception.
  2. Account sharing is prohibited from Paypal. Your parents must not allow you to access their Paypal account.

Just for comparison:

Your parents can’t let you drive with their driver’s license.
