Paypal function friends and family?
Hi, I'm selling a few links to all kinds of photographs on a portal, for example very rare airplanes, old cars, things like that.
The links cost around 4€ and the images have been edited with effort.
My question now is, I want to allow only "friends and family" payments, because this morning it happened AGAIN that someone said "not as described" and the money was returned. (Yes, humanity has unfortunately become that selfish and brazen.) I edit the photos with Photoshop, and those with experience will know that it's not exactly cheap.
So I only want to have the function on my Paypal to be able to pay via friends and family.
I also created a second PayPal account just for this work because I'm a big fan of buyer protection and, of course, I selected it in my main profile.
Maybe someone knows something about this, I would be happy to read concrete answers and thank you in advance

I can’t. Such accounts do not exist
The payment of goods and services on family and friends would be a criminal fraud, § 263 StGB, as you are in the foreclosure of false facts (friend/family instead of customer) and thereby damage the fortune of PayPal through the charge bypass. As you do all this in the commercial sector, we are even in a commercial fraud (§ 263 para. 3 StGB). There is a prison sentence of at least 6 months up to 10 years. So a very stupid idea.
This is prohibited by PayPal’s terms and conditions. There is only one account per person allowed. Only exception: a commercial account, but of course there is no payment about family and friends.
So you’re getting commercial income. That means you have to with the first action your business with the municipality Login (§ 14 GewO) and the questionnaire for tax collection electronically transmitted to the tax office (§ 138 AO).
As long as you remain below €2,000 per year (at a start in the current year, the whole year is expected to be high) and you do not actively count on the small entrepreneurship, no sales tax is charged. You must then not have a VAT and also do not draw an advance tax. If you are aware of this, you must send a sales tax pre-registration to the tax office on a monthly basis, but at the moment due to a fixed-term special scheme.
After the end of the year, you electronically transfer the profit determination, income tax declaration, business tax declaration and sales tax declaration to the tax office.
This then leaves the tax decision and then you should, after receiving the notification within one month, your Compensation of taxes (so that not all profits have already been spent).
